Solution
If we issue you with a credit note, you will normally receive by email a Credit Note Number and Value. This can be redeemed by mentioning the "Credit Note Number" in the "Comments" box of the shopping cart when placing your next order.
More than one credit note can be redeemed in this method.
Your card payment will be adjusted with the value of the credit note at time of dispatch.
