How can I return faulty products?
Solution
We at 1StopDropshipper.com strive to provide you with the highest standard of products. However, a small level of faulty goods is inevitable.

You are engaging in a B-to-B transaction so we are unable to accept any unwanted (non-faulty) goods. In the rare event that you find one of our products to be faulty, please use the following guidelines to process a RAN (Returns Authorization Number) which will facilitate the returning for the product for credit. RAN's can only be handled online.

Step 1 - Receiving a RAN

  • Go to "My Account" and click on the "view the orders I have made" link. This will show you your order history.
  • Select the order that contains the item you wish to return and click on the "View" button.
  • Underneath every item you will find a "need to return this product?" bolded link. Follow the link that refers to your faulty product.
  • Complete the form, including additional comments and submit. Your request will be processed and you will receive a RAN by email.

Step 2 - Returning goods to us

Securely package the products and return them to us. The return address will be provided by email when we issue you with a RAN.

NOTE: You will be responsible for all the return costs.

Clearly state the RAN on all boxes - Failure to do so may result in the package being refused at time of delivery.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance to cover against loss in transit.
  • The cost of return is to be bourne by the sender.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging and in good condition with complete accessories.
  • We deal returns as swiftly as possible. However, please allow up to 14 working days for your returns to processed.
  • The credit note reference/copy of credit note will be forwarded to you by email and can be redeemed against any future purchases.

What is not covered?

  • Visible damage, misuse and wear & tear are not covered under warranty. Such products will (depending on condition) be disposed of upon receipt by us with no credit note being issued, or returned to sender and carriage costs invoiced and billed to your credit/debt card.
  • Non-faulty and non-authorised parcels will be returned to sender with return costs invoiced and billed to your credit/debt card.
  • Some products may be sold on a "Limited Warranty" basis. The terms of this warranty are usually stated within the product details. Any faults outside of the limitations are not covered.
  • Products sold on a "no return" basis are not returnable. This would have been made clear within the product detailed specifications/descriptions. This does not mean that they have a high return rate, but rather the low value or delicate nature of the product results in the return costs outweighing the cost of goods.
  • Any tampering with products will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty
